JUNE 12, 2006 – Bullard structural fire helmets have always provided outstanding head protection, unmatched durability and superior comfort with 12 adjustable settings and an easily adjusted ratchet headband. The Top Comfort brow and crown pad, now standard on the Bullard PX, FX, UST and USTM, are made from soft inner foam lining, wrapped in a fire-retardant, moisture-absorbent jersey knit fabric. The brow pad wicks away moisture and is designed to eliminate uncomfortable bunching. The crown pad, suspended weightlessly in the center of the crown straps, is designed to leave enough space to accommodate a balaclava.
